Piur
The design for Piur connects to the Valencian origins of its founders while also serving as an attraction for visitors to the restaurant. A decision was made to pay tribute to one of the most important buildings in Valencia, the Central Market, one of the most important examples of Art Nouveau in the city. Materials were used that evoke nature, such as wood and terracotta tiles, in a colour palette that reflects the red earth.
